TERMS OF SERVICE

You are required to read my terms of service before commissioning me. It will provide you information on my commissioning process, payment method, refund/cancellation, and copyright policy.

I. GENERAL TERMS
1.1- All drawings will include a subtle Watermark that you may not remove
1.2- I might record the drawing process and post it on my socials.
1.3- Prices are subject to change based on complexity or number of characters.
1.4- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
1.5- Do NOT use my artwork in anything NFT/Crypto relate
1.6- YOU DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO USE MY ART WITH AI!!!

II. PAYMENT
2.1- Currency accepted is USD only and has to be paid through either PayPal or Ko-fi (If you are unable to pay through either of these methods we can try negotiate someone else) Please tell me first if you are unable to pay through either of the previously mentioned methods.
2.2- Commissions must be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
2.3- Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
2.4- Extra payment may be added depending on the complexity of the piece- Complex character designs, Complex outfits/props, Complex backgrounds.
2.5- 50% of the payment for an extra character ( 100% payment for extra characters in beanie commissions!)

III. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
3.1- You must have a ref sheet for your characters, preferably one that has a palette and is unshaded (a colored sheet may not be required for certain commissions)
3.2- Please make sure that you have an idea of what you’d like me to draw, and describe what you’d like.
3.3- I will notify you when I have started on your commission, to make sure everything is in order.
3.4- While I'm working on your commission I will send you progress photos to ensure everything is to your liking.
3.5- The time it takes to finish your commission can vary from a week to 2+ months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, school, work, etc.
3.6- If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap
3.7- Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size.

IV. revision
4.1- If you’d like to make adjustments or fixes, describe what you wish to be changed. Please don't be shy during the process of the commission, if you see something in the progress sketches/screenshots I send you say something. It saves us the trouble of having to change things later on :}
4.2- I will fix my own mistakes for free.
4.3- Once again, make sure you’ve stated EVERYTHING you want in your commission, as well as the correct reference source in order to produce your commission with as few hiccups as possible.
4.4- If the changes you make me do alter the piece heavily or lengthen the period of time in which the commission will take (while working on it) there may be an added fee.

V. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1- You (the commissioner) is not allowed to refund the piece if 50% of it has been processed. The best time to refund would be during the initial sketching period (For some that may be when they've only paid 50% of the commission up front).
5.2- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
5.3- If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund!
5.4- If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

copyright & usage policy
As the artist of the commission, I claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the commissioner, Not the character. Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork to:- Promote my work with it.
- Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
- Post it wherever I wantThe commissioner is allowed to:- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork to promote themselves, with credit to me (the artist)
- Use the artwork on their YouTube channel/Socials and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:- Do not use my artwork for commercial use, which means Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork unless it has been discussed. (Said discussion must be made BEFORE the commission is started.)
- Do not claim the artwork as your own.
- Do not remove any of my signatures/watermarks from the artwork.
- Do not alter the artwork without my consent.
- PLEASE DO NOT USE AI ON MY ARTWORK!!!

WHAT DO YOU GET?
- Drafts/mockups that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts)- Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work
- A full-resolution file of the final drawing. Final file formats are usually PNG or JPG. If you require a certain file type that can be discussed.
